Wayne Janke advises pharmaceutical, biotech and other life sciences companies in a broad range of corporate, operational and transactional matters. Providing both a legal and business perspective, he assists clients in new entity formation and corporate restructuring; drafting and negotiating industry specific agreements (including manufacture and supply, distribution, research and development, technology transfer, and clinical trial agreements); complex M&A transactions involving single product, product line, business divisions, facilities, and corporate entities; and structuring strategic alliances, joint ventures, collaborations (including co-promotion and co-commercialization), and licensing arrangements.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Janke spent over six years working for a biotechnology company that focuses on the science of biobanking, bioprocessing and analytics of nucleic acids.
