New Interim Final Rule Codifies Defense Department Policy On Foreign Ownership, Control Or Influence Over U.S. Companies Working With Classified Information

In a recently issued interim final regulation, the U.S. Department of Defense has codified and clarified many of its policies applicable to government contractors that are subject to foreign ownership, control or influence and are working with - or seek to work with - classified information.
