We advise and assist our clients, including in-house counsel and human resources professionals, in all aspects of their day-to-day employment needs, often acting as full-time employment counsel. This includes providing timely, strategic and practical advice and counseling; ensuring legal compliance with international, federal, state, and local laws; developing and updating workplace policies and practices; managing and conducting internal investigations and audits; developing and conducting training programs on sexual harassment, workplace misconduct, wage-hour law, and legal compliance; planning and implementing reductions-in-force or other cost-saving alternatives; and drafting and negotiating employment agreements, incentive compensation and equity arrangements, and separation agreements.
