Arnold & Porter real estate attorneys handle all aspects of sales and purchases of real estate, bringing an insightful and experienced guiding hand to transactions. Our practice touches on real property located near our offices in Washington, DC, Los Angeles, New York, and London. We also are involved in projects throughout all regions of the United States and internationally. Our acquisition and disposition practice applies to many different industry sectors, including hotels and resorts, offices, corporate headquarters, complex mixed-use projects, retail projects and shopping centers, residential projects (such as apartment buildings, condominiums and housing developments), raw land, industrial and warehouse properties, database centers, and biotech and life sciences labs.
