In providing our clients with the full range of procurement counsel, we frequently advise clients on issues involving grants. Grants are not subject to the general body of government contract law, and it requires unique experience to guide clients through the separate range of regulations found in the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Circulars that govern grants. We support both recipients and subrecipients of grants in the interpretation of grant requirements and compliance with the OMB Circulars governing those grants. In this regard, we assist the full range of grant recipients, including educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and defense contractors which receive grants or cooperative agreements. Similarly, we have experience with grants issued by NIH, USAID, DOD and other agencies.
