PRIVATIZATION AND OUTSOURCING

Our privatization and outsourcing practice maximizes the collective experience of our government contracts, antitrust, and trade regulation attorneys.  We advise private companies on statutory and other obstacles to increase government outsourcing and assist them in preparing and implementing strategies to pursue new business opportunities through privatization.  We counsel clients on the requirements of service contracts—the instruments by which most outsourcing is accomplished—and on maintaining compliance with federal and international mandates for outsourcing ventures.

We offer our clients a unique team of attorneys with inside government experience.  Our team has worked closely with the United States Chamber of Commerce’s Privatization Ad Hoc Group.
