Anna Thompson is an associate in Arnold & Porter LLP's litigation practice group. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including defense of product liability and mass tort actions in state and federal court. She also has experience in defending government investigations and enforcement actions.
Ms. Thompson also maintains an active pro bono practice, which includes representing low-income tenants in litigation to improve housing conditions and drafting a Supreme Court amicus brief in support of a defendant’s Fourth Amendment rights.
Ms. Thompson graduated from Washington and Lee University School of Law, where she was the Executive Editor of the Law Review and winner of the 2007 John W. Davis Moot Court Competition—Best Brief. Upon graduation, Ms. Thompson was elected to the Order of the Coif.
