Aarash Haghighat is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group, where he focuses on securities enforcement and litigation, complex commercial litigation, and white collar criminal defense. He has also assisted commercial and pro bono clients in various appellate litigation matters before federal circuit courts and the Supreme Court of the United States.
Mr. Haghighat maintains an active pro bono practice that ranges from representing clients in Title VII employment discrimination actions to counseling voting rights organizations.
Mr. Haghighat received his law degree from Columbia Law School, and his B.S.E. in biomedical and electrical engineering from Duke University. While in law school, Mr. Haghighat was a member of the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review and served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Shira A. Scheindlin of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
