Nadine Jones is an associate in the firm's antitrust/competition group. Her antitrust practice includes client counseling on the Robinson-Patman Act, vertical arrangements, marketing, promotions, and distribution matters. Ms. Jones also advises on trade programs, sales force compliance policies and training, and category management.

In 2006, Ms. Jones left the firm to serve as counsel for the Antitrust Modernization Commission (AMC). At the AMC, Ms. Jones focused on antitrust criminal remedies, international issues, including the Foreign Trade Antitrust Improvements Act (FTAIA) and multilateral cooperative agreements such as the International Antitrust Enforcement Assistance Act (IAEAA), and both private and government civil remedies. Ms. Jones argued a Fourth Amendment appeal before the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and the Maryland Court of Appeals for a pro bono matter on behalf of the Maryland Office of the Public Defender.

Ms. Jones graduated cum laude from Howard University School of Law in 2003, where she served as an articles editor on the Howard Law Journal. She is an active member of the American Bar Association's Antitrust Section, having served as a panelist or facilitator for several ABA sponsored events.
