Stephen Sacks specializes in litigation. He has represented both domestic and international clients in a broad range of litigation matters, including securities fraud, commercial torts, and boycott or other antitrust violations. He has represented clients in significant securities class actions, including Orange County Securities Litigation, Microstrategy Securities Litigation, Adelphia Securities Litigation, the Motorola Telsim Securities Litigation, and numerous other securities and commercial litigations. Mr. Sacks also has represented corporations and financial institution clients in such matters in cases involving claims of fraud and breach of fiduciary duty and in investigations conducted by the Securities and Exchange Commission and other government agencies. Prior to joining Arnold & Porter LLP, Mr. Sacks was Assistant to the General Counsel, Department of the Army.
