Cynthia Mann is partner in the tax, trusts, and estate practice. Ms. Mann has nearly 20 years of experience in corporate and international tax law. She concentrates her practice on the international, federal, and state corporate tax issues associated with tax-free and taxable acquisitions, sales, and combinations of incorporated and unincorporated entities and their assets; equity and debt restructurings in bankruptcy and insolvencies; hedge and private equity funds; S corporations, trusts, partnerships, and limited liability companies; and executive compensation. Ms. Mann also has experience with tax issues in leasing transactions and US and international securities offerings.
