Litigation
Diana DiGennaro is an associate in the firm's litigation practice group. She has substantial experience representing law firms and lawyers in complex litigation and legal ethics matters, as well as experience handling a broad range of business disputes.
Prior to joining Howard Rice, Ms. DiGennaro served as a law clerk for the Honorable Gene E. K. Pratter of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Ms. DiGennaro is a member of OneJustice's Associate Advisory Board, where she currently serves as Vice Chair.
