Practice Focus

Dr Elizabeth Driver is a senior counsel in the London office. She is both a medical doctor and a lawyer, having worked in pathology and toxicology prior to becoming a lawyer. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Pathologists. She focuses on the medical and scientific aspects of pharmaceutical, chemical, and cosmetic regulatory and litigation matters. Over the last 20 years, she has played key roles in some of the largest multiparty litigation cases in the UK and Europe. She has worked extensively for cosmetics companies and provides advice on borderline products, pharmacovigilance, and bioscience regulatory requirements.

Dr Driver has done pro bono work on breach of natural justice. She is also a qualified mediator.
