Litigation

John St. Leger is an associate in the firm’s litigation practice group, where he focuses on white collar criminal defense.  He has assisted clients in various phases of civil and criminal investigations, including subpoena compliance, grand jury investigations, and settlement discussions.  He has particular experience in cases involving allegations of healthcare fraud and False Claims Act violations.

Mr. St. Leger also maintains an active pro bono practice where he has experience counseling clients on constitutional and prisoners’ rights issues.

Mr. St. Leger graduated cum laude from the Syracuse University College of Law, where he served as an Executive Editor for the Syracuse Law Review and participated in the College’s Community Development Law Clinic.
