Emily A. Kim is an associate in Arnold & Porter LLP's New York office. She is a member of the litigation practice group with experience in complex commercial litigation, securities litigation, and regulatory defense.

Ms. Kim received her Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School, where she was a James Kent Scholar and a recipient of Parker School Recognition for Achievement in International Law. Before law school, Ms. Kim worked in public education, both as a teacher and an administrator in New York, Philadelphia, and Guinea, West Africa.

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kim served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dora L. Irizarry in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
