Brian P. Larkin is an associate in the firm's financial services group. He advises financial institutions, other business entities, corporate directors, and officers on various enforcement, regulatory, and compliance matters. Mr. Larkin assists clients in resolving fair lending issues and other regulatory issues arising under the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, and the Truth in Lending Act. He also helps clients with compliance and enforcement matters related to the consumer privacy provisions under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair and Accurate Credit Transactions Act, and the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act.
Mr. Larkin is a 2008 graduate of Columbia Law School where he served as a Notes Editor for the Columbia Law Review.
