Jake Marshall is a solicitor and an associate in the firm’s London office.
Mr Marshall’s practice focuses on transactional matters relating to intellectual property, technology, and media and he acts for clients across a range of sectors including media and entertainment, pharmaceutical, software/technology, fast moving consumer goods (FMCG), and retail.
His work includes drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on the intellectual property/information technology aspects of transactions and advising on matters relating to advertising and marketing, data protection and e-commerce.
In addition to his work in private practice, Mr Marshall has spent time in-house on secondment to iris (a global integrated marketing agency), National Air Traffic Services, John Lewis (a major UK retailer) and, most recently, GlaxoSmithKline where he spent over seven months in their Global Manufacturing and Supply legal team.
Mr Marshall has a degree in European law from the University of Warwick and a Post-Graduate Diploma in intellectual property law and practice from the University of Bristol.
