Norman Sinel is a retired partner in the firm's Telecommunications practice group and former head of the group. He has represented New York City, the Public Broadcasting Service, the RIAA, and along with Patrick Grant, he has represented AT&T, in connection with various regulatory issues relating to their major acquisitions.
