Ann McKeehan is an associate in Arnold & Porter LLP's corporate and securities group in the Washington, DC office. She focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance for public companies, and other matters of general corporate and securities law. Ms. McKeehan has represented clients in a variety of industries, including telecommunications, international aerospace and defense, and government contracting. In addition, her experience includes the representation of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, both as acquirors and targets.

Ms. McKeehan is a 2000 graduate of Princeton University, from which she earned her AB, cum laude. She graduated from Emory University School of Law in 2006, cum laude, where she served as Executive Marketing Editor for the Emory Law Journal. Ms. McKeehan served as a law clerk for the Honorable Thomas A. Varlan of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee from August 2006 to August 2007.
