Ron Redcay’s extensive experience both as an outside litigator and as the head of a large inside legal group allows him effectively to represent a broad range of companies in antitrust litigation and counseling. He has won antitrust cases at all levels of both federal and state courts, and has extensive experience in defending antitrust class actions and State Attorney General lawsuits. He currently represents defendants in antitrust and unfair competition cases pending in several federal district courts and in California state courts, and provides counseling to a number of companies on cutting-edge antitrust issues.
