Environmental

Stephanie Bonnett Weirick is a member of the firm's environmental and litigation practice groups. Her practice has emphasized defense of major oil companies in environmental and toxic tort litigation, as well as product liability cases. Ms. Weirick has extensive litigation experience at both the federal and state level. In addition to litigation, Ms. Weirick has advised clients on a range of environmental matters, including regulatory compliance with federal and state regimes. 

Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Weirick was a summer associate at Arnold & Porter LLP in 1998. In 1999, Ms. Weirick graduated from West Virginia University College of Law where she was elected to Order of the Coif. She was also a member of the West Virginia Law Review and served as an issue editor.
