Alan Veronick is an associate in the firm's intellectual property, consumer protection and advertising, and litigation groups. Mr. Veronick's practice focuses on intellectual property law, covering the areas of trademark, patent, and copyright litigation, prosecution, and counseling. He has had extensive experience in the area of brand protection and enforcement, including significant experience in anti-counterfeiting matters.

In addition, Mr. Veronick counsels companies in issues concerning liquor, food, and beverage law. He has had experience in counseling clients on distributor relations programs for prominent suppliers of alcohol beverage products, and has worked on complex supplier-distributor termination litigations. He has also been involved actively in advising clients with respect to their distribution, compliance, and advertising programs.
