Altria as national counsel in class actions, public entity actions, Attorney General suits, and individual personal injury actions brought by more than 8,000 plaintiffs based on an evapor product manufactured and sold by Juul Labs. We negotiated a $235 million settlement agreement on behalf of Altria between the parties in the California federal and state court litigation.

Bristol-Myers Squibb and Sanofi in ending 12 years of litigation regarding their blood thinner drug, Plavix®, without a single trial or settlement payment. The litigation spurred the U.S. Supreme Court's review of critical specific jurisdiction issues and resulted in the landmark decision in BMS v. Superior Court of California.
