Omomah I. Abebe's practice focuses on general commercial litigation and product safety regulatory matters. Ms. Abebe is involved in the firm's representation of the Federal Housing Finance Agency in litigation in state and federal courts. Her regulatory practice focuses on assisting companies comply with federal regulations by the Consumer Product Safety Commission as well as state green chemistry regulations. Ms. Abebe also maintains a pro bono practice that includes helping low-income homeowners effectively leave their homes to their heirs through various estate planning mechanisms.
Ms. Abebe graduated magna cum laude from Howard University School of Law in 2015. While in law school, Ms. Abebe interned for the Honorable Emmet G. Sullivan of the United States District Court for the District of Columbia, served as a Senior Articles Editor for the Howard Law Journal, and participated in the law school's Civil Rights Clinic.
