Hillary Anderson represents corporations and individuals in complex litigation matters and government investigations. Her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and product liability litigation. She represents a consumer products company in the defense of thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal court following the decertification of a class action, and she has extensive experience with multi-district and class action litigation. She also has experience representing clients in internal investigations and in examinations and investigations conducted by federal agencies.
Ms. Anderson graduated magna cum laude from Syracuse University College of Law, where she served as Lead Articles Editor of the Syracuse Law Review and Director of the Hancock Estabrook 1L Oral Advocacy Competition. She was also a member of the American Bar Association National Appellate Advocacy Team, the Pro Bono Advisory Board, and the Syracuse Public Interest Network. Ms. Anderson was named a member of the AmeriCorps JD Class of 2015 for her commitment to public service. During law school, Ms. Anderson represented children and families in a variety of litigation matters before the Onondaga County Supreme Court and Family Court, and she successfully incorporated a nonprofit organization in the State of New York. Additionally, Ms. Anderson served as an intern to the Honorable Brenda K. Sannes of the United States District Court for the Northern District of New York.
