Hillary Anderson focuses on complex civil litigation. She represents both individuals and corporations including non-profit organizations, major financial institutions, manufacturers, and consumer products companies. Ms. Anderson regularly litigates actions involving breach of contract claims, products liability claims, and personal injury claims. Ms. Anderson has extensive experience with multi-district and class action litigation, and she represents clients in both internal investigations and in examinations and investigations conducted by federal agencies.
Ms. Anderson has received firmwide recognition for her commitment to pro bono work. In that capacity, Ms. Anderson has represented individuals and organizations to secure minors' access to education, to remedy racial discrimination, and to protect immigrants' rights to a fair immigration process.
