Atanas Baitchev litigates patents in US district court and assists in inter partes review proceedings before the US Patent and Trademark Office. He has experience litigating patents in multiple technical fields including mobile devices, semiconductor manufacturing, distributed applications, and medical devices.
Mr. Baitchev graduated from University of Southern California Gould School of Law in the top 10% of his class, where he served as a writing fellow, assisting in the instruction of first year legal writing. He also served on the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal. Mr. Baitchev graduated as a Regents Scholar from the University of California, Los Angeles with a BS in Biology.
