Bettina Bammer-Whitaker focuses on complex commercial litigation and product liability litigation. She represents a consumer products company in the defense of thousands of personal injury cases in state and federal court following the decertification of a class action. Ms. Bammer-Whitaker also represents BP in the natural resource damages assessment relating to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico.

Ms. Bammer-Whitaker graduated magna cum laude from Georgetown University Law Center. During law school, Ms. Bammer-Whitaker was Senior Editor for the Georgetown International Environmental Law Review. Upon graduation, Ms. Bammer-Whitaker was elected to the Order of the Coif.
