Jacob Bass litigates intellectual property matters in US District Court and in Section 337 investigations before the International Trade Commission. He has experience litigating patents in multiple technical fields including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, and consumer products. Mr. Bass also has served as counsel on a variety of copyright and trademark infringement matters, particularly with respect to parallel imports.

During law school, Mr. Bass interned for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts and served as the Managing Editor of the Boston College Journal of Law and Social Justice. Mr. Bass received his undergraduate degree in Chemistry from College of the Holy Cross, and has coauthored articles addressing the synthesis and characterization of novel bioorganometallic complexes with potential radiotherapeutic applications.
