William D. Becker advises financial institutions and their holding companies on regulatory matters, and advises financial institutions and other organizations on a broad range of corporate matters, including significant corporate transactions.
Mr. Becker earned his JD, cum laude, from the Boston University School of Law, where he was a Paul J. Liacos Distinguished Scholar. While in law school, he interned at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston, served as a member of the J. Newton Esdaile Moot Court Board, and was named the Distinguished Bankruptcy Law Student from the First Circuit by the American College of Bankruptcy. He earned his BBA, summa cum laude, from The George Washington University, where he concentrated in finance.
Mr. Becker is a member of the American Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association. He has also earned the Claritas® Investment Certificate from CFA Institute.
