Riley Berg's practice focuses on managing electronic and other discovery matters in complex litigation, regulatory actions, and government investigations, including high-profile matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA), product liability and mass tort, and intellectual property. Representative sectors include consumer goods, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and entertainment. He also has extensive experience protecting and defending privileged communications.

In addition to his commercial litigation work, Mr. Berg's pro bono practice focuses on ensuring all voters have an equal opportunity to participate in the political process. He also volunteers at the DC Bar's Landlord/Tenant Resource Center and chairs the firm's Gifts for the Homeless campaign, which provides winter clothing to men, women, and children in the DC metropolitan area.

Mr. Berg graduated, with honors, from North Carolina Central University School of Law, and received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
