Paul Berger is a retired partner who has represented a wide variety of foreign and domestic corporations, partnerships, and other business entities, labor organizations, and tax-exempt organizations, including trade associations. Widely experienced in the planning of transactions, financing, adversary proceedings, and legislative and regulatory matters, Mr. Berger also practiced in the areas of international finance, privatization, public policy, customs law, pension and welfare reform legislation, estate planning, and estate administration.

He is a 1957 graduate and member of the Board of Trustees of New York University School of Law.
