Sarah Jane Bever-Chritton represents public charities, private foundations, international nongovernmental organizations, and other tax-exempt organizations. Ms. Bever-Chritton counsels tax-exempt organizations on a variety of regulatory, transactional and operational matters, ranging from organizations’ initial qualification for tax-exempt status to their ongoing operations. She has provided legal advice to organizations on topics including corporate governance, domestic and foreign grantmaking, and compliance with government regulations.
