Rebecca Beyer's practice focuses on intellectual property law, including trademark clearance and prosecution, coordination of investigations to uncover intellectual property infringements, and enforcement of intellectual property rights. Ms. Beyer also has experience in intellectual property litigation, including research, drafting briefs, and preparing written discovery for trademark infringement, false advertising, and right of publicity cases. Her practice covers a wide range of industries, which include alcoholic beverages, pharmaceuticals, luxury apparel and accessories, and technology.
Ms. Beyer graduated from Boston University School of Law, where she was an Editor for the Boston University Law Review. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Juan R. Torruella of the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She earned her BA in Anthropology and English from Tulane University.
