Eric Bonapace-Potvin represents a variety of private equity sponsors and publicly held and privately owned companies in domestic and cross-border transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures and joint ventures. He also works with emerging growth companies, from formation to exit, and has represented several private investors and venture capital funds making investments across a number of sectors. Additionally, Mr. Bonapace-Potvin advises private investment funds in connection with formation, transactions and compliance. He has represented clients across a variety of industries including physical security, energy, carbon emissions and sequestration, telecommunications, healthcare, digital advertising technology, distribution and manufacturing on general corporate matters.
