Andrea Broach's practice focuses on a broad range of complex litigation in both federal and state courts. Ms. Broach has extensive experience in implementing brand protection strategies and in developing policies and procedures to mitigate the risk associated with in-house brand protection programs. She assists clients in working with prosecutors and law enforcement regarding illicit trade investigations. Ms. Broach regularly advises on the unique legal risks associated with offensive brand protection strategies, including the legal risks associated with the in-house development of actionable intelligence for sharing with law enforcement in support of anti-contraband and counterfeit programs.

Additionally, Ms. Broach has experience in conducting internal investigations and has represented FORTUNE 500 companies in civil litigation. Ms. Broach also has an active pro bono practice with emphasis in family law and domestic violence issues

Ms. Broach received her MA in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs at Syracuse University.
