Arielle Buss focuses her practice on advising high-net-worth US and international clients and their families on sophisticated gift, estate and income tax matters. Her experience includes assisting domestic and international clients with lifetime and testamentary transfer planning with a focus on real estate and closely held businesses, pre-immigration and pre-expatriation tax planning, trust and estate administration matters, and creating tax-efficient strategies for investments by non-US persons within the United States. Ms. Buss is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Ms. Buss received her JD from Fordham University School of Law, where she was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law. She expects to receive her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 2019.
