Mariana Cardona represents investment banks and other institutional lenders in the origination and restructuring of mortgage and mezzanine loans for the refinancing of properties throughout the United States. She advises developers and institutional investors in the acquisition, sale, development, and financing of commercial, retail, hospitality, condominium and multifamily residential properties. Ms. Cardona's practice also includes work on commercial mortgage-backed securitizations and loan portfolio purchase and sale transactions.

Ms. Cardona was the Business & Articles Editor of the International Law Journal at Fordham University School of Law.
