Jerome Chapman is a retired partner who practiced primarily in litigation, antitrust, and trade regulation. He served as lead counsel for major corporations in significant antitrust proceedings in federal and state courts and before federal regulatory agencies.
Mr. Chapman's prior legal experience includes positions as Assistant to the Solicitor General in the Justice Department, as a member of the Office of Transition Counsel, Clinton-Gore Transition, and as a law clerk to the Honorable Judge Elbert P. Tuttle, US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
