Kevin Chen’s practice includes advising clients in complex civil antitrust litigation, government review of mergers and acquisitions, filing obligations under the Hart-Scott-Rodino Act, and counseling clients in relation to antitrust issues.
Mr. Chen graduated from University of California, Berkeley School of Law in 2021. During law school, Mr. Chen served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Beth L. Freeman of the Northern District of California. He also served as associate editor of the California Law Review (CLR) and articles editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal (BTLJ).
