Neesha Chhina focuses her practice on general commercial litigation and intellectual property law. Ms. Chhina represents technology companies, luxury fashion brands, and corporate clients in litigation in both state and federal courts, as well as in proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
Ms. Chhina maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on criminal justice and immigration.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Chhina graduated from New York University School of Law, where she provided legal services to indigent criminal defendants as a legal intern at the Federal Defenders in both the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. She also served as Staff Editor of the NYU Review of Law & Social Change and received the Ann Petluck Poses Memorial Prize, Jeannie Forrest Women in Leadership Award, and Vanderbilt Medal upon graduation.
