Joshua Christensen

Josh Christensen focuses his practice on private investment funds. He represents investment managers and private funds in connection with formation, transactions and compliance. Mr. Christensen also provides advice to clients on US securities law and regulatory matters affecting private funds and their advisers, including compliance with SEC rules, the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, the National Futures Association, state blue sky regulators, and marketing in the US.

Mr. Christensen's recent matters include private equity, venture capital, hedge fund and real estate fund products on behalf of emerging and established managers.
