Tyler Conway's practice focuses on a range of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, divestitures, commercial transactions and licensing and collaboration arrangements. He also advises clients on corporate governance and capital market matters.
Mr. Conway has experience representing clients in a variety of industries, including life science, private equity, consumer products, and financial services.
Mr. Conway represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in M&A, securities offerings, joint ventures, and other transactions as well as major pharmaceutical companies in M&A as well as various agreements for the research, development, and commercialization of intellectual property and/or pharmaceutical products.
