Abbie Coombs advises clients on both UK and EU competition law matters, and has experience of high-value commercial litigation in the English High Court and Court of Appeal. Ms. Coombs advises world-leading organisations across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals and medical devices, and fast-moving consumer goods. She also assists clients with antitrust litigation, including complex competition damages litigation in other jurisdictions.
Ms. Coombs has been seconded to a global pharmaceutical company where she advised on a broad range of competition and commercial matters including Clinical Commissioning Group rebate offerings, clinical trial agreements, on-going litigation, and the legal implications of Brexit and Covid-19.
As part of her committed pro bono practice, she advises charitable organisations on a wide range of matters, including one which has been shortlisted for the Legal Week Innovation Awards 2020 in the "Corporate Social Responsibility Innovation (Multi-Firm)" category.
