Elizabeth Denning focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation, including patent, trade secret misappropriation, and ANDA litigation. She has experience representing clients in the fields of medical devices, mobile devices, and pharmaceuticals. Ms. Denning has represented clients both in federal court and the International Trade Commission. She has also done pro bono work in connection with discrimination law.

Ms. Denning graduated from Cornell Law School, magna cum laude, where she was Co-President of the Women of Color Collective, a member of the Gender Justice Clinic, an Articles Editor for the Cornell Law Review, and a member of the Order of the Coif.
