Jacqueline Denning is a retired partner with extensive experience in civil litigation. She has appeared in both state and federal courts. Ms. Denning has experience in complex litigation procedures, including class actions and cases consolidated by the Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation; and served as national coordinating counsel for clients faced with multiple nonconsolidated lawsuits.
