Arielle Feldshon has experience in all phases of the litigation process across multiple areas of federal and state law, including mass tort, product liability, and class-action litigation, as well as internal investigations.
Ms. Feldshon has a strong commitment to pro bono service, and has been involved in a wide range of pro bono matters. She recently represented Planned Parenthood in a widely reported, six-week federal jury trial against anti-abortion extremists, helping to obtain a multi-million dollar verdict on claims for RICO, trespass, fraud, illegal recording, and contract violations.
Ms. Feldshon graduated with honors from Columbia Law School, where she devoted a significant amount of her time providing public interest legal services through five of Columbia Law School's clinical programs, was on the board of Columbia's Human Rights Law Review, and taught constitutional and criminal law classes to underprivileged high-school students.
