Albert Fenster is a retired partner who represented banks, asset-based lenders, and finance companies. He regularly represented clients in the areas of leveraged acquisitions, syndicated loans, secured transactions, and creditors' rights, including debtor-in-possession and plan-of-reorganization financing, and was active in structuring, documenting, and negotiating new financing arrangements, as well as in-court and out-of-court restructuring of problem loans.
Mr. Fenster has lectured and written on asset-based lending and other secured financing and inter-creditor arrangement subjects.
