Chloë Fletcher has experience acting on a wide range of complex commercial arbitrations under ICC, LCIA and SIAC rules, representing both claimants and respondents. Her previous cases have included actions for breach of contract, private equity disputes, banking and investment disputes, and security and enforcement measures.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Fletcher trained in the international arbitration department at the London office of a leading international firm.
