Josh Fordin's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and government investigations. Mr. Fordin has experience representing businesses in mass tort and product liability litigation in federal and state courts. He has served clients in False Claims Act cases and government investigations spanning multiple jurisdictions. Mr. Fordin also maintains an active pro bono practice, including representation of tenants of substandard housing.
Mr. Fordin graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Mr. Fordin also was an Editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review and received the G. Newton Greene Memorial Prize.
