Giselle Fuentes represents and counsels multinational companies and individuals in securities enforcement actions before the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the US Department of Justice (DOJ) involving the FCPA, the UK Bribery Act, and other anti-corruption laws. Her experience in this area includes participating in various aspects of internal investigations including working with forensic accountants and in-house legal and compliance teams, conducting witness interviews and anti-corruption compliance trainings, and supervising large-scale multi-lingual document review efforts.

In her litigation practice, Ms. Fuentes has advised Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries on issues involving complex commercial litigation and regulatory matters. She has also represented both sovereign governments and investors in international arbitrations filed under free trade agreements and bilateral investment treaties.

Ms. Fuentes also maintains an active pro bono practice involving representation of indigent clients in a variety of cases ranging from employment discrimination to criminal defense.
